The construction process of this project was a challenge for compliance with environmental protection regulations.

Due to the fact  this project is located in the «Maritime Zone» and in a forest area, we implement construction techniques and strategies that did not impact the environment.

Also we had to control, prevent erosion and redirect the waters of a creek that runs through the property and integrate it into the landscaping. Also we had to protect the howler monkeys  from “construction noises” and preserve the trees and vegetation that surrounds the construction that would eventually integrate into the landscaping .
