One of the most important decisions in my life was to choose one of two professions, engineering or architecture. I finally decided on engineering, not knowing that life would have a surprise for me.
Since I graduated I have worked on custom projects with very demanding designs, working side by side with architects, interior designers and landscapers, who have pushed my engineering knowledge to the limit to fulfill their creative concepts.
As an engineer I am pleased to see the evolution of the construction process, as a project manager I like to face the challenges that arise every day and as a colleagues and “architect apprentice” I am proud to meet their expectations and those of your clients.

AA Building Co is running by Adrian Alvarado, a Costa Rican civil engineer who have been building exclusive custom homes for 22 years, where this experience is our edge. Mr Alvarado is a permanent member of the College of Civil Engineers of Costa Rica and the Federated College of Engineers and Architects, which ensuring compliance with local building regulations. Over the years we have built exclusive custom homes and Boutique hotels designed by the most renowned architects of C.R, due we are recognized for the high quality of finishes, attention to detail and the proposal of solutions that meet the expectations of designers. AA Building Co is small enough to offer personalized attention, but big enough to provide the support your custom project needs.
